Neil J. Kopitsky

Attorney Neil J. Kopitsky has been a racing cyclist for over 25 years. He brings his unique passion and expertise to representing cyclists who've been injured in accidents. A respected competitor, Neil is also well known in the Atlanta cycling community for his mastery of cycling law, his understanding of cycling accident dynamics, and his record of success in recovering settlements for injured cyclists.

Neil Kopitsky is committed to pursuing the rights of all victims of negligence, and with his Greg Stokes has successfully represented many injury victims. He has handled successful negotiations, mediations, and trials on a wide variety of negligence claims including cycling & auto accidents, injuries from dangerous conditions on property, and governmental liability.

A graduate of Colorado College and Washington University Law School, Neil has been admitted to practice law in both Georgia, Missouri, and federal courts. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association and the Atlanta Bar Association. Neil has lectured on cycling related legal issues and seminars to both attorneys and cyclists.
